Are you driven by data and passionate about insights? We are a leading global market research company, enabling organisations to make smarter, bolder, and faster decisions. We operate in 90 different markets and have 17 different teams conducting different areas of research within the UK. Media Development with many of the world’s most famous media, entertainment and technology brands to help them to better understand, reach, engage and demonstrate the value of their audiences. We focus on all forms of media and have a special interest in AI and emerging tech, gaming, social media, programme appreciation, sports, Gen Z and Alpha, B2B, audience representation – and more! We utilise quantitative and qualitative techniques to design and deliver custom ad hoc and tracking research studies. Your role will predominantly be quantitative but there is the opportunity to be involved in qualitative research too. As part of a team, you will use this research to tell compelling, evidence-based stories that answer clients’ business questions and support them in navigating the evolving media landscape.
In this role, you’ll work with data, understanding and interpreting it to make a real impact. Your focus will be on what the data means, showing your findings to clients and crafting insights-led stories that drive their business decisions.
You’ll be able to answer key questions like, ‘How does our research have an impact on the client’s business?’, ‘How can they use this information to refine their strategy?’, and ‘What could these changes mean for them financially?’.

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office during October/early November and we are looking for candidates to start on 1st December.
