As a Graduate Reliability Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and ensuring the reliability of state-of-the-art equipment in one of the UK's most advanced food manufacturing facilities.

Monday to Friday - Days based role.

Salary £32,000 to £40,000 dependent experience.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of engineering reliability within your designated area, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse equipment downtime to identify trends and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and oversee a robust planned maintenance regime to maintain equipment reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with on-shift engineers, suppliers, and contractors to resolve complex equipment challenges.
• Lead installation and capital projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
• Produce and present downtime data at weekly meetings, driving accountability and improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• A recognised engineering qualification (Level 3 or above), with a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience in an engineering maintenance environment, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements.
• Proficiency in IT systems, with knowledge of CMMS systems and CAD being advantageous.
• A self-motivated attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
