A prominent recruitment agency in Greater London is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This exciting position offers a basic salary of £30,000 with an uncapped commission structure, targeting over £35,000 OTE in the first year. Once you are fully up and running a typical week will consist of 3 days working from the office in Central London and 2 days working from home. You will get to grips with the initial stages of recruitment, learning how to prospect candidates whilst building on essential skills required in a commercial environment. As you develop you will take on a more consultative role and manage the whole journey for the candidates. This is an exciting position within a business who know and value the craft of sales.
