Overview

We are looking for graduate Mechanical Engineers for a Precision Engineering business to be part of the Production Management team. We are seeking dynamic, driven and ambitious MEs with a few years of industry experience. Responsibilities
  • Reporting into the Production management team, you will assist in ensuring the site runs as efficiently as possible.
  • You will work in conjunction with all departments to support the achievement and communication of departmental KPI's.
  • You will oversee and assist with managing the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and with high quality standards.
  • This will include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards.
  • You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety.
