Why join us

At Swoon, we design furniture people obsess over - design‑led, distinctive pieces built to last. Since 2012, we've grown into one of the UK's most exciting online‑only furniture brands, creating the next big trends before anyone else.

Our secret? A digital‑first, data‑driven approach that gets products to market fast, keeps prices fair, and gives customers a better shopping experience than any store. We also partner with major retailers like John Lewis and Next, and our scalable business model is only just getting started.

Join us now and you'll be part of a small, ambitious team making a big impact - shaping a brand loved across the UK and beyond.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a graduate who is passionate about photography, visuals, and digital storytelling. Someone who notices the details, knows when an image feels wrong, and has a natural flair for aesthetics. You do not need years of experience in content creation. What matters most is your passion for imagery, your curiosity to learn, and your ambition to grow into a commercial creative role.

This is a process management and quality control role, not a photography execution one.

You will work at the heart of our brand content team, helping us bring our products to life through photography, CGI, and visuals that sell. This is a chance to learn how both photography and computer‑generated imagery power e‑commerce, from creating and editing assets to managing the flow of content through to our site and partner platforms.

We will give you the training, tools, and ownership to quickly make an impact.

Requirements

There are no specific years of experience required. The role needs a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with freelancers and internal teams.

What you'll learn and own
  • Product photography: manage the creation, editing, and upload of high‑quality photography for new product launches (around 80 each month). Briefing work to a network of freelancers at our factories across the world.
  • CGI for made‑to‑order sofas: manage a dedicated CGI workstream, coordinating with partners to ensure assets are accurate, delivered on time, and correctly reflect fabric, finish, and pricing options.
  • Visual consistency: ensure imagery across our site and partner sites is consistent, accurate, and aligned with our brand look and feel.
  • Asset optimisation: learn how to prepare and adapt visual assets for multiple platforms, from our own site to partner retailers like John Lewis and Next.
  • Content quality control: check assets post photography and post retouching versus Swoon standards, spot errors, and make corrections before customers ever see them. Give feedback to our freelance photographers and retouchers.
  • Business updates: keep the wider team informed on what assets will be ready and by when, providing clear timelines to support product launches, promotions, and partner uploads.
What Success Looks Like
  • Products launched on time and error‑free.
  • A shopfront that is visually consistent.
Benefits

We're a lean team of 25 – upbeat, ambitious, collaborative. If you relish responsibility and like to see the impact of your work quickly, this is your place. We've made flexible working permanent. You'll work remotely most of the time, with monthly team workshops in London for collaboration and learning.
