Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm
£500 – £570 per week

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-class support to help students engage with lessons and stay on task
• Assisting with small group activities to reinforce learning and build confidence
• Supporting students who may be falling behind or need extra help to grasp key concepts
• Working closely with teaching staff to adapt resources and differentiate tasks when needed
• Promoting positive behaviour, focus, and a love of learning
• Helping to maintain an organised and inclusive classroom environment

• A recent graduate (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject such as English, Maths, Science, Psychology, or Education
• Passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in their school experience

• A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
• Experienced working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering)
