Key responsibilities: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant – Ealing
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and student engagement
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
* Monitor and track student progress under the guidance of the SENCO
Ideal candidates will have: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant
* A 2:2 degree or above (any subject welcome)
* Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A desire to pursue a career in teaching or educational support
* Availability to work full-time for the full academic year
