Scope Of The Role

We are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our graduate scheme starting September 2026. Over the course of this two-year scheme, you’ll gain experience across key areas of itsu [grocery], connecting the dots to understand how the business operates as a whole. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and can include divisions such as Brand, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
