What You'll Do

As a Graduate Data Scientist, you'll help uncover insights that influence real business decisions across areas like:

  • Product performance & customer behaviour
  • Supply chain optimisation
  • Pricing strategy
  • Store performance

You’ll work closely with teams across the business, turning raw data into actionable insights using tools like Python, SQL, and modern data platforms. You don't need years of experience - just the right mindset and a solid academic foundation.

Essential
  • A recent degree (2024 or 2025) in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Economics, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to data tools/languages like Python, R, or SQL (projects or coursework count!)
  • A genuine curiosity about retail, business, and how data drives decision-making
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Desirable (but not required)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts or statistical modelling
