Overview

We are seeking a Graduate Customer Service Associate to support our Birmingham, Castle Vale based team in handling inbound and outbound calls to our key customers.

Permanent role

£26,000 - £28,000 (based on experience). Desired start date, no later than Monday, 10th of November 2025.

28-day holiday including bank holiday

Office-based

Working hours 9am-6pm

Responsibilities
  • Handling a wide range of enquiries through internal systems, calls and emails, ensuring service failures are managed and customers are updated.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues such as drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to deliver excellent service
  • Evaluating the current process to support improvement planning
  • Providing accurate tracking updates and estimated delivery times.
  • Handling customer enquiries about orders, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Investigating delivery delays, damages, or lost shipments, coordinating with transport partners to find solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to deal with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving ability to handle delivery issues.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail for managing orders and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, including logistics tracking software and Microsoft Office.
