Our partnering secondary schools in Kirklees are seeking confident individuals who are passionate about education, to work as Graduate Cover Supervisors. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, part or full time.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will be adaptable, flexible, motivated, confident, organised and will have a passion for education and supporting young people. Previous experience working with secondary age children is desirable but not essential.
The role:
This role provides a great opportunity to gain experience of working within a secondary school prior to applying for Initial Teacher Training. Lessons will be planned and your role as a Graduate Cover Supervisor is to facilitate the class learning, manage classroom behaviour, record accurate registers and provide handover notes for the absent teacher.
