We're supporting a group of highly respected secondary schools across Winchester, including one of Hampshire's top-rated schools, and they are looking for adaptable graduates to join their teams as Cover Supervisors.

This role gives you genuine classroom responsibility, a consistent routine, and a real understanding of what life is like as a teacher – all without needing formal teaching qualifications. If you're unsure whether teaching is right for you, Cover Supervising is the ideal stepping stone.
