We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Infrastructure team to be based in Northampton, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
As a Stantec graduate, from the beginning of your career you will be developing design solutions to support the development of new communities across the Midlands and East of England. You will also collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your civil engineering expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.
Your work will be diverse, encompassing anything from designing a new junction on the national strategic road network, to designing sustainable drainage systems for a 5,000 home residential development. Your duties could include:
Our portfolio includes major regional residential projects like the redevelopment of Alconbury Airfield and a new development at Little Barford, Bedfordshire including interaction with East-West Rail, design support for the continued redevelopment of Paradise, Birmingham and nationally significant energy projects like the Agratas giga battery plant.
You will benefit from the structured graduate training scheme and be assigned a Delegated Engineer and Supervising Civil Engineer to support you in your route to Chartership.
