As a Graduate Civil & Structural Engineer, you’ll use data, digital tools, and hands‑on insight to help drive smarter, safer ways of working. It’s a varied role where you’ll grow your skills, get out on site, and make a real impact from day one.
You’re proactive, analytical, and solutions‑focused, with a natural curiosity and a desire to learn and collaborate. You’re confident in articulating your design opinions and you can explain your findings clearly to different audiences.
You’ll also need…
A Civil / Structural engineering degree (BEng / MEng / MSc or HND)
A full UK driving licence (as site visits are part of the role)
