A multi-disciplinary Building consultancy in Bristol is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their professional services team. The role entails assisting senior staff in conducting Condition Surveys, and Dilapidations, and performing site visits. • Local / commutable to central Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior staff in the production of Condition Surveys, Dilapidations, and Party Wall Notices.
• Visiting buildings or construction projects to inspect and survey information.
• Building and Land measurements to produce plans.
• Client liaison.

They work on long term, stable frameworks for across Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors as well as turning their hands two one off bespoke projects for Private individuals and Real Estate developers.

The Role

We are looking for a “Graduate Building Surveyor”with one to two years experience to join their professional services team. Based locally to the Bristol area you will be involved and trained in the following type of work:

• Office based with regular site visits
• Supporting senior staff in the production of Condition Surveys, Dilapidations and Party Wall Notices
• Visits to buildings or construction projects to inspect and survey information.
• Building and Land measurements produce plans
• Client liaison

The idea candidate

We are for a “Graduate Building Surveyor” with the following skills and attributes:

• Local / commutable to central Bristol
• BSc level or above in Building Surveying or Construction related degree
• One to two years experience as a Building Surveyor ESSENTIAL
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit would be advantageous but not essential
