Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritise the workload and work to deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with directors, deal with a range of clients and suppliers both directly and on the telephone.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • A team player who is well presented and flexible.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft package.

The ideal candidate will have some related construction/property knowledge or have a relevant degree (RICS accredited) or equivalent qualification / related industry experience.
