We are seeking two experienced General Practice Assistant's (GPA's) to join our friendly, supportive GP practice. The successful candidates will provide both clinical and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to GPs and other clinicians, including taking observations, phlebotomy, ECGs, and basic wound care (where trained and competent).
Prepare consulting rooms and maintain stock of clinical areas.
Support administrative processes, including patient documentation, clinical coding, processing letters and insurance requests, and managing tasks through clinical systems.
Deliver a professional, compassionate service to patients, responding to queries appropriately.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support day-to-day operations.
Adhere to practice policies, procedures, and clinical governance standards.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Participate in ongoing training, appraisals, and team meetings.
About the Practice
Primrose Hill Surgery is a wellestablished NHS GP practice serving a diverse patient population in Camden, London, close to Chalk Farm station with excellent transport links. We provide comprehensive primary care services to registered patients, including routine and urgent appointments, chronic disease management, repeat prescriptions, test results and online services. The surgery operates an appointment only system with options to book appointments by phone or online and offers telephone consultations and same day urgent care when needed. The practice promotes high standards of patient care and a supportive, teambased working environment.
