About the Role

Governance Administration Lead – Join the Administration team at HMP Brixton, a category B/C prison in Brixton, London.

HMP Brixton houses around 800 male inmates. The Governance Administration Lead will manage a team of four administrators, overseeing complaints, payroll, reporting and general administrative duties.

Hours

Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700

Salary

Full time, up to £40,167 per annum (FTE) – depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the Administration team, managing HR, training, competency and efficiency functions.
  • Ensure effective management of clinics, rota templates and monitor DNAs/cancellations.
  • Support the Head of Healthcare in the preparation, distribution and recording of complaints.
  • Coordinate monthly data collection, produce reports and support performance leads.
  • Participate in Local Quality Assurance meetings and support the clinical team with ongoing governance of information.
