The Global Talent Development Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the refreshed Dentons' Global Talent Strategy.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping, creating and executing high-impact learning and development strategies that directly support Dentons' global talent agenda across the law firms. It is responsible for driving firm-wide capability building by partnering with senior leaders, designing innovative and future-focused learning and development programmes, and leading strategic talent initiatives that align with the firm's evolving business priorities and growth ambitions.
