Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of tax implications for employee share ownership.
• Experience with compliance and advisory for various clients.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop targets for business growth.
• Assist Directors & Partners in tax compliance and advisory services.
• Provide mentoring and support to junior staff members.

Skills

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options

Knowledge of EMI, ESS, reward tax

Experience in preparing share valuations

Staff management and mentoring

Experience dealing directly with clients

Education

Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), CTA, ATT, ACA qualified
