A leading global payment technology company, located in the City of London, is seeking a Senior Manager for Client Testing. This hybrid role requires ownership of client implementation testing strategy across various regions. You will lead diverse testing functions, optimize team performance, and engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in payments are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' payments experience within a bank, fintech or payment processing institution.
• Demonstrable experience of Test Management of large international, diverse testing functions.
• Ability to simplify complex issues in order to outline a path to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end client implementation testing strategy for Visa Direct products.
• Oversee all critical activities of the department Client related Testing and onboarding.
• Define and implement Client testing governance models.
