Role Overview

As aGlobal Sales Recruiter, you will :

  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across international markets and STEM sectors.
  • Develop and execute innovative global recruitment strategies to source top sales talent.

  • Partner with clients and candidates, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and deal closure.
  • Represent our comprehensive suite of talent solutions, from behavioural profiling to performance services.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience.
