A leading apprenticeship provider seeks apprentices for a full-time role in Digital and Technology Solutions. Students will join the Global Payments Solutions Technology team, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing a degree. The apprenticeship focuses on data gathering, analysis, and delivery of technology solutions. Successful apprentices will learn through mentorship and training, preparing for a dynamic career in a global organization.
Our apprentice programme startsin September 2026,you will join our Global Payments Solutions Technology team in a full-time role whilst studying for a three-year Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Degree (Software Engineering pathway).
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands‑on experience.
The Global Payments Solutions Technology (GPST) team is responsible for end‑to‑end technology solutions and strategic change for the GPS business. The International Technology team provides oversight to all technology functions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the Asia Pacific, Latin America and Canada, and partners with global and regional business executives and regulators. The wider International Technology organisation covers other lines of business operating across the enterprise’s international footprint, including Global Markets, Commercial Banking, Card Services and enterprise control functions.
You will spend most of your time working alongside experienced colleagues, learning relevant and valuable skills, contributing to exciting projects whilst being exposed to cutting‑edge technology and see first‑hand how first‑class organisations operate systems. For the remainder of your time, you will follow an established apprenticeship programme, graduating after three years with a Degree in Digital and Technology Solutions.
Training and Development
Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.
