  • Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts and contributing to the evolution of strategic service offerings.

  • Demonstrable experience advising on PAYE and National Insurance Contribution matters pertinent to globally mobile employees, including payroll considerations such as Appendix 6, 7A, and 7B.
  • Proven capability in addressing complex residency cases involving double tax treaties with assurance and precision.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant reliefs such as Overseas Workday Relief (OWR), Temporary Workplace Relief (TWR), Section 373 relief—including detailed rules for bank account structuring for OWR.
  • Expertise in UK taxation concerning business travellers, non-resident directors, remote workers—including application of double tax treaties, economic employer rules, 60‑day rule implications—and related payroll reporting obligations.
  • Thorough knowledge of foreign tax credits, interest income, dividends, capital gains taxation under international treaties.
  • Familiarity with international pensions regulations as they pertain to globally mobile employees.
  • Ability to analyse intricate social security cases collaboratively with internal specialist teams (ISS) and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Sound understanding of taxation relating to benefits and expenses in connection with employee mobility assignments.
  • Experience reviewing Section 104 ‘Share Pool’ calculations for Capital Gains Tax on shares held by internationally mobile employees.
  • Proficiency utilising GMS technology tools such as LINK Go, GET, GPM, BT; awareness of social security rules including Posted Worker Directive.
