Job Overview

Providing consultation, counselling, and guidance to employees in order to ensure customer satisfaction and motivating staff to attain objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform file checks for adherence to cost and sale line capture in line with SOPs and rate cards.
• Ensure non compliances are noted and amended or escalated.
• Manage jobs from quotation to final invoicing in line with client expectations.
• Liaise with customers, partners, shipping lines, and carriers.
• Work within a small team and on own initiative.
• Prioritise and organise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
• 5 years of checkable employment history (no gaps >28 consecutive days).
• Right to work in UK and no disqualifying convictions for working airside.
