Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Clients and define best approaches per country.
  • Manage relationships by region and country, delivering through the service line.
  • Review financial data to enable accurate proposals.
  • Develop upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Manage country and client reporting, highlighting improvements.
  • Align processes within Service Adoption for efficient delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with client updates.
