Job summary

A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Study Grants Expert in London. The candidate will accelerate site contracting and ensure budget accuracy by conducting Grant Plan and FMV assessments across clinical trials. Responsibilities include leading cost estimations, collaborating with trial stakeholders, and providing feedback on protocol procedures. Qualifications

• Advanced degree or combination bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English required, spoken & written; other languages is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in drug development in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent understanding of the clinical development process and clinical trials.
• Strong background in pricing and contracting models for clinical services.
• Experience completing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and global drug development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of clinical protocol into Grant Plan and FMV cost estimations.
• Collaborate with Study Leadership to define clinical/operational issues.
• Drive partnership with trial team to improve trial forecast management.
• Provide operational feedback on study protocol procedures.
• Engage with CPOs to ensure mutual understanding of Grant Plan outputs.
• Lead negotiations with CPOs for centralized FMVs.
• Identify early productivity savings and cost avoidance.
