• Assist Directors & Partners with Tax compliance and advisory services.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery.

Skills

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options

In-depth knowledge of EMI and ESS

Expertise in split interest arrangements

Experience in share valuations

Staff management and mentoring experience

Awareness of accounting and employment law

Client relationship management

Education

Educated to degree level (LLB preferred)

CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified
