• Proven experience in customs compliance, import or export control or trade compliance.
• Experience carrying out audits and managing customs documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and regulatory gaps.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with suppliers, agents, authorities and colleagues.

• Update commodity codes and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Ensure new suppliers receive necessary customs instructions.
• Liaise with agents on audits and documentation queries.
