Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters in subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong.
• Support group legal department for subsidiaries outside China.
• Focus on software licensing and IT services agreements.
• Review and negotiate licensing agreements and contracts.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and consultants.
