Job Description

Wise is launching a major brand campaign to leverage the global excitement of the 2026 World Cup, hosted across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. The goal is to drive growth, activation, and engagement for the Wise Card, positioning it as the essential, cost-effective, and secure money solution for both fans travelling to the games and for the millions of global viewers watching from home.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Campaign Manager on a contract basis to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of this flagship 2026 World Cup campaign. You will be the central project owner, responsible for coordinating all moving parts, managing stakeholders across the business, and ensuring the campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and against its core objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Management: Own the campaign from concept to completion. Develop the master project plan, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee the entire execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all internal teams. Coordinate efforts across Product and Commercial, Media, Content & Blog, PR & Communications, Influencer Marketing, Local Events, and Campaign Execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define campaign KPIs and regularly track performance against the three core objectives: Customer Acquisition, Retention & Re-engagement, Brand Awareness & Consideration.
  • Budget Management: Manage the dedicated campaign budget, ensuring efficient spend and tracking all costs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide regular progress reports and updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in brand marketing, with a strong track record of managing large-scale, integrated brand campaigns from start to finish.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrable experience in cross-functional coordination, influencing and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience managing third‑party agencies and influencing internal teams.
  • Experience across a wide range of marketing channels, including digital, OOH, PR, content, and influencer.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in setting KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and optimising based on data.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude—you can take a high-level plan and drive it forward independently.
  • Desirable: Experience in fintech, payments, sports marketing, or international campaigns targeting multiple global markets.
