Summary :

Lotusare seeking a highly experienced Global Aftersales Spare Parts Operations Director to lead and develop our worldwide spare parts strategy. This senior leadership role will shape international aftersales operations, drive service excellence, and support successful market expansion.

What you'll do :
  • Develop and implement global spare parts supply strategies, ensuring alignment with aftersales service goals and wider commercial objectives.
  • Set and manage annual spare parts sales and profit targets to support sustainable business growth.
  • Establish global order-management standards, define KPIs, and oversee performance to ensure consistent operational excellence.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of spare parts pricing systems and management policies to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Oversee regional overseas parts ordering to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient supply to all markets.
  • Identify operational and business requirements arising from organisational or market changes, working closely with IT to optimise related processes and systems.
  • Support Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) in optimising inventory structure, improving availability, and reducing slow-moving stock.
  • Lead global warehouse and logistics consolidation programmes to strengthen efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance and certification with aftermarket spare parts regulations across existing overseas markets and new territories.
  • Perform additional duties as required in support of the strategic goals of the aftersales function.
What you'll bring : Essential :
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher), ideally in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in the automotive spare parts sector , including proven leadership at a senior operational level. Experience within a start-up, scaling environment, or rapid-growth business is beneficial.
  • Strong global outlook, with experience working across China and international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Comfortable operating across Western and Chinese business cultures, with flexibility to travel as required.
  • Bilingual capability in English and Chinese, with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Additional Information :
  • This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time.
  • Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
