We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a successful Humanities department. This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion for Geography and help students develop a deeper understanding of the world around them. Beginning September 2025.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 Geography (KS5 if applicable).
• Inspire students to explore human and physical geography, environmental issues, and global interconnections.
• Monitor and assess progress, providing clear feedback to support pupil achievement.
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities, such as field trips and projects.
• Maintain high expectations for student progress, behaviour, and engagement.

Ideal Geography Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in Geography, with the ability to teach confidently at KS3 and KS4.
• Experience of delivering GCSE Geography (and A-Level, if relevant).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills as a Geography Teacher.
