GENERAL OPERATORS - INSIDE IR35 - circa £24 per hour - 12 Months - LOOMING, MICROELECTRONICS, PLASTICS OR CCAs - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS - BOLTON, UK

MERITUS are recruiting for multiple General Operators to join our client in Bolton on initial 12 month contracts with opportunities to go through security clearances and develop their careers. We are looking for candidates with experience in: LOOMING, MICROELECTRONICS, PLASTICS, CCAs and we are also looking for Lineside Manufacturing Controllers.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in electrical, electronic, or mechanical manufacturing environments to develop long-term careers within a highly regulated, high-technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and inspection activities in line with engineering drawings, build instructions, and quality standards
  • Work within controlled production environments, adhering strictly to health, safety, and security procedures
  • Assemble, route, terminate, and inspect components depending on skill set and assigned area
  • Maintain accurate production records, build documentation, and traceability
  • Identify and report defects, non-conformances, or process issues to supervisors or quality teams
