Responsibilities

• Manage a free issues food offer and drive a programme of vending and staff dining.
• Lead an innovative and controlled product range.
• Support the supply of a free issues coffee programme with the Barista team.
• Ensure client expectations of food and service are consistently met.
• Achieve financial targets in line with budget parameters.
• Provide performance management to Front of House staff and the Head Chef.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
