We're looking for an ambitious and influential General Manager to join the Office of the Medical Director and help shape high quality patient care and corporate performance across one of the UK's leading academic health science centres.
In this senior role, you'll provide operational and strategic leadership across a large, complex division, driving performance, governance, financial delivery and service improvement. You'll work closely with Medical Directors, divisional teams and system partners to support Trust wide priorities and lead high impact programmes across the Acute Provider Collaborative.
With a portfolio that includes oversight of medical education, you will help ensure our training environments remain excellent and future focused - though prior experience in education is beneficial, it's not essential.
