A vibrant community pub operator in Greater London is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional service and a proven track record in team management. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, quality control, and financial oversight. The role offers an annual salary up to £55k, quarterly bonuses, and various benefits including paid holidays and meals on duty.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team to manage one of our London Pubs….in 50 words:

Belle Pubs & Restaurants currently operate 4 beautiful, busy, vibrant community venues in London with screens for sport, outside seating areas and all have a great reputation with the local community for serving up perfectly poured drinks and delicious food from breakfast through to 11pm with an all day dining menu.
Two of our properties also offer boutique hotel accommodation above for which we cater for business travellers during the week and at weekends we welcome tourists and travelling sports fans.
For this role to join our team we are inviting applications from experienced General Managers or a Deputy General Manager looking for the next step in their management journey who can demonstrate the following attributes and skills:
