We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing hospitality group operating six unique sites across the Midlands. They’re looking for a driven, hands-on General Manager to take the lead at their flagship Birmingham venue.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill GM role – it’s a chance to be a key player in a creative, ambitious business that’s going from strength to strength. You’ll be part of a leadership team that values innovation, energy, and guest experience, with plenty of scope to influence the future direction of the brand.

The Role

We’re looking for a natural leader who thrives in high-volume, high-energy environments. You’ll have full operational control of the Birmingham site, backed by the support of a dynamic head office and operations team.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving performance, and building a strong, motivated team culture. From managing day-to-day operations to getting involved in events, marketing, and community engagement, you’ll have the freedom to make your mark.

A confident, energetic leader with strong bar or late-night venue experience

Strong commercial acumen – comfortable managing budgets, labour costs, and hitting targets

A true people person who can inspire and retain a great team

Experience delivering events, driving local marketing, and building community connections
