JLH are currently shortlisting on behalf of a fantastic Bar and Restaurant concept in Central London. This business, with a turnover of circa £10m per year, is looking for a General Manager to oversee this high quality concept.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a high quality bar and restaurant concept with circa £10m turnover.
• Lead, coach and develop front of house and back of house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of service standards, financial targets, and compliance with brand guidelines and quality controls.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategy, menu development, and supplier relationships.
