Dahlia Recruitment - Life Sciences are partnered with a rapidly growing Medical Device company to recruit for a General Manager / Sales Director to achieve Strategic Business Goals through Sales , operational oversight, financial management and team leadership thats aligned with EMEA and global objectives, all while insuring regulatory compliance and driving growth. The role will be remotely based with regular travel to Manchester and all areas of the UK

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES & AUTHORITY (INCLUDES DELEGATION) :
  • Achieve Strategic Business Goals through operational oversight, financial management and team leadership thats aligned with EMEA and global objectives, all while insuring regulatory compliance and driving growth.
  • Drive measurable results, delivering strong ROI from marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage finances : Oversee the P&L, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met
  • Monitor performance : Regularly analyse financial, operational, and sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Increase awareness, adoption, and customer engagement for company products and solutions.
