A leading gaming and entertainment company is looking for a Casino General Manager in Leeds. This role involves overseeing casino operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Candidates should have substantial general management experience and a strong commercial acumen. The position offers a strong base salary plus bonuses, a company car allowance, and enhanced pension schemes.

If successful, you will embark on an Industry leading 4–6-month intensive onboarding training program across multiple venues with access to learn from the very best Casino General Managers and Support team. You will be required to study for and pass the Personal Management Licence (PML) which is essential for this role. Candidates must be comfortable with the unique nature of the casino industry and operate confidently within a compliance and regulatory framework. Given the extended opening hours, flexibility for late nights and weekend work is essential.
