Role Review
  • The General Manager is theengine of the restaurant,leading the team, setting the standard, and keeping everything running smoothly. In Your First 12 Months, You’ll…
  • Lead the restaurant to consistently deliver high service standards acrosslunch and dinner, maintaining team energy and execution across every shift

  • Build and retain a fully staffed FOH & BOH team, with clear onboarding,training, and performance expectations, achieving 90%+ retention by month 12

  • Own rota planning and labour cost management, ensuring effectivecoverage while hitting agreed labour % targets

  • Deliver consistently strong guest satisfaction, with feedback reflecting excellence across service, food quality, and atmosphere

  • Achieve and maintain site-level P&L targets, including food cost, labour, waste, and controllables — tracked weekly and reviewed monthly

  • Run daily pre-shift briefings and post-service debriefs, keeping the team aligned on service goals and performance feedback

  • Maintain full compliance across health & safety, food safety, licensing, and cash handling, with no major issues raised on audit

  • Drive daily site standards, from floor setup and bathrooms to music, lighting, cleanliness, and equipment readiness

  • Collaborate with ownership, operations, and kitchen leadership to implement menus,promotions, and operational improvements

  • Act as the lead brand ambassador in the restaurant, creating a confident, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for guests

The Package
  • Up to £75,000 per annum including service charge (DOE)

  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday (inclusive of public holidays)
