A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Lead Site Operations & Safety: Oversee all operational activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, driving a Safety-First culture, and managing risk mitigation projects.
• Performance & KPI Management: Monitor site performance metrics (financial, operational, and customer-related), review deviations with Operations Managers, and implement improvement plans.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage and coach a team of operational leaders, align roles and responsibilities, enable training programs, and support succession planning.
• Customer Engagement & Business Growth: Conduct business reviews, maintain strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support cross‑selling initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Drive process standardization, oversee OMS confirmations, track improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to regulatory and environmental requirements.
