A luxury elderly care provider is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead their team at Carrstone House Care Home in Downham Market. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, managing budgets, and staff recruitment. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in a care environment and a Level 5 Leadership qualification. They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award‑winning team as General Manager at Carrstone House Care Home in Downham Market, Norfolk.
As a General Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person‑centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, retention and development of staff, managing costs and budgets, and ensuring regulatory and statutory standards are met.

You must have at least four years experience in a similar care environment and a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are also required.
