The role would be ideal for a passionate deputy manager or supervisor in a similar role, looking after 3 dedicated, multi-skilled front of house team members, servicing a new barista coffee shop, with grab and go offer and hospitality for client meetings.

Job Description

• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards
• Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
• Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
• Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment

• Previous experience commensurate with role, be that deputy or supervisory
