General Manager - Chester
Salary: £43,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

We're looking for an inspiring and commercially-minded General Manager to lead a strong team and elevate our service to the next level at our Chester location. What you'll do:
  • Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service and consistent standards.
  • Build and develop a motivated, high-performing team, creating a culture of pride and accountability.
  • Lead on financial performance: forecasting, budgeting, cost control and delivering agreed targets.
  • Bring creative thinking to menu development, service delivery and guest experience.
  • Drive marketing and engagement initiatives to boost visibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining a positive, professional relationship.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, streamline processes and enhance service quality.
