As a General Manager, you will be a true leader, inspiring the team to deliver a memorable Everyman experience to all guests. Responsibilities
  • Drive the business to achieve long-term profitability and ensure the venue performs to the best of its abilities with full autonomy.
  • Train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service to all guests while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.
  • Have full confidence in running all aspects of the complex business and hold full P&L accountability.
  • Understand business finance to maximise sales and exceed KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to maximise service delivery opportunities and ensure continued cinema success.
Qualifications
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and ensure that the teams you lead share this.
  • Possess a big personality and are not afraid to use it.
  • Love food, drink, customer service, and people.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong business savvy and self-drive.
  • Have previous experience as a Venue or General Manager and a background in customer-service focused hospitality.
