We're looking for a General Manager for a popular community pub. Salary up to £40k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

The Fox & Hounds, St Mellons has arisen due to an internal move, the last time The Fox & Hounds was 10 years ago, so this pub is exciting challenge. The Fox & Hounds, St Mellons sits in the village of St Mellons which is situated between Newport & Cardiff on the old A48. This picture-perfect pub has bags of character, has an amazing, enclosed garden.

The Fox & Hounds attracts a variety of customers from locals, ladies who lunch, special occasions, families, dog walkers and weekend celebrations and offers a company food menu with the option to add on a rolling specials menu. The Fox & Hound's is currently averaging £22,000 in weekly sales with a65 / 35 dry to wet sales mix.

This is perfect opportunity for a food focused manager who is looking for their next big adventure, ideally the successful candidate will have experience of running and driving a very busy food lead business to take the Fox & Hounds to the next level!
