The Role: General Manager Brighton

As General Manager for Brighton, you will oversee the operations and sales for the region, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be responsible for maintaining occupancy – building an exceptional community for existing members, while signing up new ones – plus solving facilities issues and motivating a small team. We are looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder who is comfortable leading from the front, spinning lots of plates and setting high standards.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant community
  • Ensure impeccable standards across your site – managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning
  • Troubleshoot facilities issues and ensure sites are compliant and within budget
  • Maintain Occupancy through your sales pipeline, touring prospective members, holding retention conversations with existing members and cultivating relationships both within Runway East and the surrounding ecosystem
  • Build relationships with your team, motivate them, train them, set expectations and create a service‑first culture
  • Improve our processes and question systems to make them as efficient as possible
