General Cover Teacher – Full-Time (Temporary)

Pay: £140–£200 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for a confident and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher to join our team on a full‑time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for adaptable teachers who enjoy variety and making a positive impact in the classroom.

The Role:
  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Keep classrooms calm, focused, and engaging.
  • Follow school behaviour policies and routines.
  • Support pupils’ learning while covering staff absences.
  • Provide feedback to schools where required.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Confident with classroom and behaviour management.
  • Flexible, reliable, and quick to adapt to new settings.
